wow!

So, I’m going to Hawaii for spring break, which is in a few months but I want to give myself time to prepare! I want to tone everything up, and feel great because I have a lot of trouble even wearing shorts in public. I have this mega self consciousness that’s almost debilitating, but I don’t want it to interfere with having fun on the beach. I think it’s about time I got over my fear, but I know that feeling confident is the best way to go about it. I hope to be able to get a good work out in 5-7 days out of the week leading up to the vacation. I normally work out most days, but I want to kick it into high gear like I was doing last year at this time! I just need a little motivation or inspiration!

I’ve been doing the Insanity workout, and wow! It really does wonders for my abs! I’ve done it almost everyday, but went on vacation (where I still did it), but the schedule got a little messed up. Anyway, it’s a good supplement to running and other things I like to do, like yoga! It’s always fun finding something new that’s both enjoyable, and effective!

well that’s inspiring!

Unofficially started Insanity yesterday.

I stumbled on it on youtube, and then just did the first days worth, so that was cool. I still like to get out of the house, and either run outside or at the gym and use weights and things, but it’s a good addition to my current work out routine.

I’m also going to begin yoga again while I’m home for a month, so that will be nice. I miss yoga! It just makes life so much happier!

So we have: gym, insanity, & power yoga

delicious!!
